How Heavenly Departures collects, uses and protects the information you share through this website. Effective October 9, 2026.
Heavenly Departures is the end-of-life doula practice of Judy Willemsen in Altamonte Springs, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. Effective October 9, 2026.
What we collect
- What you send us. When you use a form, we receive what you type or select: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code if given, how and when you would like to be contacted, your preferred language, and your message.
- How you found us. The page you were on and, if you arrived from an advertisement or link, its campaign labels (for example “utm_source=facebook”).
- Technical information. Like most websites, our server records basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and working.
- Advertising measurement. If enabled, this site uses the Meta Pixel to measure which pages and advertisements are useful. Meta may use cookies or similar technology for this. We do not send your name, phone number, email address or message to Meta through the website.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to you, to provide the support you ask for, to send the planner or confirmation you requested, and to understand which pages and advertisements help families find us. We never sell your information.
Who receives it
Your message goes to Judy. To deliver it, we rely on service providers that process it on our behalf: our website host, our email provider, and, if enabled, a text message or notification service that alerts Judy to a new message. They may use the information only to provide that service.
Health information
Please share only what you are comfortable sharing. You don’t need to tell us about anyone’s medical condition to use the forms. Heavenly Departures provides non-medical support and is not a health care provider.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for as long as needed to support you and for up to 24 months afterward, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. confirm retention period
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or stop receiving occasional notes, at any time by emailing judy@heavenly-departures.com or calling (407) 989-5949.
Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its effective date.
